Cognac DE LUZE
Cognac J.DUPONT
Cognac NAULIN
I may be youthful and impetuous, but that only adds to my boldness.
Enjoy nuances of vine flowers and citrus fruit that mingle so delightfully with spicier notes!
Some are impressed by my smooth, creamy texture...
Others appreciate my “old gold” colour... Everyone likes me in a cocktail... What about you ?
De Luze Cognac was created in 1822 thanks to the avant-garde approach of Alfred De Luze. When the Boinaud family decided to acquire the brand in 2006,
it had only one goal in mind: Our Cognac, Your Enjoyment!
Today, De Luze Cognac remains a timeless, well-balanced brand, true to traditions and its heritage.
Thanks to the Domaine’s soul, the family’s ambition, the hard work of its employees and its Fine Champagne style, De Luze has
won several gold medals, including at the International San Francisco
World Spirits Competition and the World Cognac Awards, and a trophy at the ISC (International Spirits Competition) in London in 2017 for its Fine Champagne XO quality.
Produced in limited quantities (10,000 per year), Art Nouveau invites you on a subtle, sensual journey gradually revealing the full intensity of its exotic, vanilla flavours.
A delicate combination of the rational and the artistic, Art Deco XO offers brightness, finesse and honeyed notes, a symbol of its modernism and its history.
The 1988 vintage is only released in very small quantities: 90 bottles per year. So it is always a poignant moment every year when these bottles depart from our native Cognac to travel the world…

2 cl red vermouth
4 cl De Luze VSOP Cognac
5 cl sparkling water
5 drops OAKER
Use SMOAKER chips in your barbecue to give red and white meat, fish or vegetables, an authentic oaky flavour!
The Boinaud family has risen to the challenge of offering a premium version of French
oak chips to flavour barbecue dishes with unique, intense aromas of cognac.
SMOAKER chips are produced from very old French oak barrels that have contained cognac for many years. Impregnated with cognac flavour, the chips from these barrels are particularly
powerful and give a pleasant smoky flavour to food cooked on the barbecue, thereby enhancing the simplest of dishes.
Use a barbecue with a cover :
1. Take 100 g of SMOAKER chips and put them in a reusable tray.
2. Place the tray directly on the heat source until it starts to smoke.
3. Once the chips are smoking, move them away from direct contact with the heat source but close enough to the food for the smoke to come into contact with them.
15 beehives were installed at Domaine Boinaud in 2018, resulting in an artisanal production of about 500 pots a year. This has since increased to 26 hives that are placed on fallow land where wildflowers grow.
This delicious extremely environmentally-friendly honey is characterized by notes of vine flowers, lily-of-the-valley, lime tree blossom and apricots.
Domaine Boinaud originally installed three hives in 2017, on its land in Grande Champagne, in association with Mr Chaleix, a local beekeeper.
The project was supported by Charles and Rémi Boinaud and taken up by Géry Combaud, Estates Director for whom it was “a challenge to install beehives in the middle of the vines,
reflecting a need to move with the times and to leave a cleaner world for the family's 24th generation and those that follow;
a personal desire to be able to taste the Domaine’s honey and above all to adopt sustainable agriculture practices at the Domaine.”
Today, we have 26 hives in the heart of our vineyard !
